The iPod touch 32GB is a portable media player, game player and minitablet computer developed and marketed by Apple Inc. Apple unveiled the iPod touch 4th Generation on September 1, 2010. What’s new on iPod touch 32GB 4th Generation? It features front-facing camera for FaceTime, the iPhone's Retina display, has support for HD video recording and still photos via a back camera.
The rear-facing camera on the new iPod touch 32GB is capable of capturing still images and video up to 720p. It's not, however, identical to the camera on the iPhone 4. It uses a different sensor and there's no flash. Still, it is a welcome addition and opens the door to many more apps and uses.
The iPod touch 4th Generation also contains Apple A4 processor for faster processing, a microphone for communication and voice memos and a three-axis gyroscopic sensor which enables the device to recognize approximately how far, fast, and in which direction it has moved in space. The new iPod touch 32GB will ship with iOS 4.1 which adds Game Center to iOS along with the ability to use FaceTime through Wi-Fi.

The new iPod Touch 32GB is still a solid value. It’s cheaper than an iPhone and without service contract. A big plus for many especially teens and kids. iPod Touch 4th Generation is now as fast as the iPhone and has the beautiful Retina display that the iPhone features. It's a winner. Some may only be disappointed by its cameras. Still, very much recommended.
