The Yeahs And Nays Of The Apple IPad 2
My job as an ultrasound technician has been very hectic. Luckily, after I received my ultrasound technician salary, I was able to buy the latest Apple iPad 2 that I’ve been desiring. With its fun and unique features, I can release some of my worries and tensions during work. I am really grateful I have attended that seminar regarding investments on Apple iPad that was sponsored by different ultrasound technician schools in Texas. Some may regard it as a luxury item, but as an ultrasound tech I find it as a necessity. Thanks to my high ultrasound technician salary that makes it easier for me to acquire such expensive item and I don’t have any regrets since it's a truly worthy investment. The iPad made a big splash when it was released by Apple not so long ago, and now they offer the iPad2 which has upgrades and additional features. The Apple iPad has managed to capture most of the attention in the competitive market of tablet computers. Let's look and see if there really are any real differences between the original iPad and the iPad2.
The Wi-Fi and 3G capability of the Apple iPad 2 makes it easier to stay connected to the world. As long as you are near a Wi-Fi network, the iPad will automatically seek out the strongest connection so you shouldn't have any trouble connecting to the Internet. An option that is also available for the iPad is the 3G connectivity which will work with AT&T networks or Verizon Wireless. If you are in a location that doesn't offer Wi-Fi access, this can be very useful. If your iPad has this option, it will be able to receive a signal wherever your cell phone works because 3G is the kind of signal your cell phone uses. This is an option you may not need if you mainly use your iPad in areas with Wi-Fi access.
With Airplay you can stream lots of things from your iPad to your speakers or to your HDTV. This means that if you find a video or something you'd rather see or listen to on a separate device, you just need to tap the AirPlay icon on the iPad. There is one catch; to get AirPlay to work correctly, you need to spend the $100 or so to buy a device called Apple TV. The blow of this is eased by the fact that Apple TV also streams content from your iPhone or your iPod Touch to your HDTV. For example, if you like to watch videos on YouTube, you can send them from your iPad to the larger television screen.
A major complaint about the original iPad was that it didn't have a camera. This was remedied in the iPad2 which offers two cameras, one in the front and one in the back. However, some users may still be unhappy as the cameras aren't that high quality. These cameras are fine for taking the basic shot or chatting with friends on FaceTime, but they won't take high quality photos or videos. Since most serious photographers will have their own cameras and most mobile phones have cameras, this might not be considered that serious of a flaw. Nobody truly needs the iPad 2 to survive but it can provide you with a lot of fun and entertainment. This is what makes it a fabulous gift, especially for the gadget lover in your life. On the other hand it is important to understand that the iPad isn't meant as replacement technology for things like your computer, your phone or your camera.
