Fitness And Yoga To Change Your Body
Does body transformation mean having a toned and strong body, free from pain and illnesses, a slimmer figure, good posture or complete change of how you think about yourself? Our body transformation includes all these factors. No matter what you choose, it is important that you are satisfied and contended. Take one day at a time to start your change.
There are 5 components to have a transformation in life.
1. YOGA. There are hundreds of benefits that you can get from Yoga. You can develop your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Yoga provides the balance that we need physically. It helps our body system to work effectively. Yoga provides the concentration and focus to keep all the positive energy that we need in our mental health. Yoga reduces all the negative energy in our body. Meditation is the most important phase of yoga. Meditation helps us release our stress and create happiness.
2. FOOD. Everybody needs food. Our health depends on what we eat. We cannot think, cannot do anything, cannot feel anything if we do not eat.The food that we eat should be checked. You should maintain a balance diet. Green leafy vegetables and fruits are the best foods that you can add to your existing diet. Prevent on eating junk foods and sodas. Some would say the food that we eat already represents our selves. So eat healthy to live healthy.
3. WATER. It serves as a fuel to our body. Your body needs to be hydrated to function well. Doctors recommend that we need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. But try to avoid drinking lots of water while eating. You will have difficulty digesting your food. Also, it is important to drink water whenever we feel dry and hot. Drinking water can prevent heat stroke and other illnesses.
4. FITNESS. Your body needs to be active to stay healthy. Lots of people have difficulty in maintaining a program that will keep them fit. Sticking to your plan is a perfect idea. Try it twice a week then if it works out for you, you can increase it weekly for you to get the most benefit of the program you’re in. Try to enroll to a program where you can also invite your friends to join you. So everytime you have a schedule, your buddy can go with you.
5. FUN. This is the holistic transformation of our body. Yoga will remove all the stress in your body while food and water will give your body the strength to live and fitness gives your body sustaining power. So if these components are met, you will have a balance life.
Everyday, strive to have a smile. You will have a feeling of being younger and more beautiful. You will create happy chemicals if you smile in all aspects, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual that will give you a balance life.
